About Nalka

Nalka invests in market-leading small- and medium-sized businesses based in the Nordic and DACH regions, with international ambition and reach. We are in an expansive phase and recently established our new team and office in Munich.

Our ambition is to develop independent,petitive and long-term profitable businesses. We do this with an active and focused investment approach, where webine in-house sector and local market expertise, extensive experience in developingpanies with access to long-term capital for strategic development and growth.

Our team in Munich, focuses on investments in the DACH region* (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) whilst our team in Stockholm focuses mainly on the Nordic region. We are 22 dedicated co-workers in total, managing 11 portfoliopanies with revenues ranging between EUR 50 million and 1+ billion.

Nalka is owned by Interogo Holding, a foundation-owned investment group based in Switzerland. Investment strategies include private and long-term equity, real estate, infrastructure, and liquid assets. Nalka is a part of the private equity strategy.

*Investments in the DACH region are made by Nalka DACH Investments SA SICAF-RAIF, that is managed by Inter Fund Management, and advised by Nalka Advisors Germany.

Nalka DACH internship programme

Nalka’s DACH office was established in Munich in September 2022. We are now a team of 5 co-workers dedicated to strengthen Nalka’s activities in the DACH region. In March 2023, we announced Nalka’s first investment in the DACH region, Norres Baggerman Group, an industrial hose provider based in Germany with a global footprint.

We are now looking for one or more interns to join our young and growing team in Munich, who will be an integrated team member from following and executing investment opportunities to shaping the firm culture with high entrepreneurial spirit in a dynamic environment.

Candidate profile

Our interns contribute to all central aspects of our job, including investment evaluation, financial analysis, market andpany research, sector searches and development of our current portfolio holdings.
