Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong entrepreneurial mindset to join us as an Entrepreneur in Residence Intern. This role will be instrumental in supporting the Country Manager with our Go-To-Market in Germany, and driving key commercial and strategic initiatives. Tasks
As an Entrepreneur in Residence Intern, you will support the Country Manager in various tasks related to expanding Carbon Equity’s presence in Germany. You will:
Assist with commercial outreach and follow-up activities, helping to build relationships with key stakeholders
Support meetings by preparing agendas, taking notes, and ensuring follow-up actions are tracked
Prepare commercial and strategic documents, including proposals, pitches, and reports
Help draft commercial communications and marketing materials
Conduct background research for strategic initiatives, providing insights for new market entry
Contribute to strategy development and ideation, working closely with the Country Manager
Assist with various projects to help ensure smooth operational execution
Provide general administrative and project support as needed
Requirements
You have a university bachelor’s degree
You possess superior analytical skills and are comfortable using Excel, Google, and Microsoft tools
You are a strong independent thinker who is not afraid to share your opinions and ideas
You are self-motivated and proactive, able to take initiative without needing detailed instruction
You have a big appetite to learn and are constantly seeking ways to improve your skills
You are fluent in German and can speak and write professional English
