Our goal is to acquire companies with a turnover of EUR 100 to 750 million. The aim is to achieve a clear value increase with a focus on sustainable, long-term growth of the portfolio company.

For our holding company in Munich, we are looking for an intern or working student (m/f/d) starting in September/ October 2024 to strengthen our finance department

Your Tasks

• 
  You support the development of analyses and processes on special finance-related , e.g. in the area of risk management and/or investment controlling (variance analyses, etc.), in each case in close contact with the operational units of our portfolio
  


• 
  You support with financial statement-related tasks (annual, consolidated, and quarterly financial statements) and in particular with the preparation and compilation of the consolidated financial statements (consolidation, IFRS and German GAAP accounting topics)
  


• You support in the preparation of presentations for the executive board, supervisory board and investors

Your Profile

• You are currently completing your Bachelor's / pursuing your Master's in business administration or a comparable course of studies with specialisation in accounting, finance, auditing or similar


• 
  You have an advanced knowledge of MS Office applications (especially Excel and Power Point), knowledge of PowerBI would be an advantage
  


• 
  Previous Internships in auditing (ideally with a Big 4 company), internal auditing or investment controlling are a plus
  


• You have a deep understanding of business contexts, analytical skills and interest in different business models


• 
  You are business fluent in English (written and spoken), another European language is desirable
