What we are looking for:
To support our mission, we are seeking a highly motivated Intern or Working Student for our Customer Success Department. In this role, you will assist the team with administrative tasks such as ticket allocation and preparing email templates. Your collaboration with various teams will be essential to ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth operations.
You will work in an international environment to achieve common goals and objectives. Assist in supporting lower-tier customers, helping them navigate their journey and addressing their basic needs as necessary
Support the team with administrative tasks, including ticket allocation and preparing email templates
Provide virtual demonstrations to customers to clarify software features as needed
Basic Qualifications:
Very strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow- through, can-do attitude, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
Easy to work with
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field
Proficient in MS Office
Enjoys communication and working in a team
Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
Business-fluent communication skills in English are mandatory. DE FR, ES or IT are a plus
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly convey information and build positive relationships with customers
Basic CRM Knowledge: Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools like Salesforce or HubSpot for managing customer interactions and data
Problem-Solving Abilities: Capability to understand customer issues, think critically, and assist in finding appropriate solutions or escalating as necessary
