Praktikum Management & Beratung Mannheim

As a Founder's Associate (Intern or Working Student), you will play a critical role in supporting both the CEO and COO with their projects and day-to-day operations, including back-office management, financial tasks, business development, research, and sales execution/automation. You'll also have opportunities to work on preparing pitches, supporting startup contest applications, and assisting in various aspects of sales development and automation. This role provides unique exposure to diverse areas within a startup, allowing you to make a meaningful impact while closely collaborating with our founders.

Your Daily Business

• Collaborating with the co-founders and supporting them in their diverse projects.
• Executing sales and automating sales processes.
• Managing back-office operations and handling financial tasks.
• Initiating new projects to benefit the company.

Requirements

• Near completion of a Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a Master's degree in economics or a related field.
• Strong interest in sales and business development.
• Proficient in Google Suite, Jira, and LinkedIn.
• Involvement in extracurricular activities and a proactive attitude.
• Excellent self-organization skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and creativity.
• Outstanding communication skills and a passion for hands-on tasks.
• Proficiency in German and English, also in a professional context.

• Work in a hybrid or in-office environment with high autonomy (level 5-6).
• Collaborate closely with experienced founders in a startup setting.
