Tasks- Be the face of People & Culture within the office and support employees needs
- Assist the People & Culture Team in efficiently managing daily office operations
- Provide support in various People & Culture administrative duties
- Organize and enhance team events for our Munich office
- Conduct and evaluate our employee satisfaction efforts
- Maintain and enhance our internal knowledge base and People & Culture resources
- Engage in stimulating People & Culture projects focused on HR Marketing and Internal Communication
- You are looking for a varied internship to gain hands-on experience in People & Culture topics
- You are studying Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, Communications, Educational Science or within a comparable field
- You are an English and German speaking team player
- You excel in fast comprehension, effective communication, and strong commitment
