As a Intern/Working Student - Project Management for the Professional Services team you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with our company. Your focus on customer satisfaction will drive the success of our business, and your ability to develop streamlined processes will help us to deliver our services more efficiently.
 
Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and scheduling appointments with customers, ensuring timely communication and organization.
• Conducting thorough research to identify and evaluate solutions to improve our onboarding and operations processes.
• Developing streamlined processes to improve the onboarding experience for our customers.
• Creating informative fact sheets and collateral to ensure that our customers have all the information they need.
• Actively engaging with customers to ensure that their needs are being met and their feedback is being heard.
• Assisting in organizing meetings, events and activities that help to strengthen our customer relationships.

• Native level German speaker and strong English communication skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about delivering the best experience for our customers
• Currently enrolled as a student in the field of business, marketing, urban planning, architecture, sustainability, or any other related field.
• Proactive way of thinking; organized and possessing strong time management skills.
• Solution-focused and open-minded personality.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
