• Collaborating with the team to address user needs and concerns as a key point of contact.
• Collecting insights and feedback from our customers and users, contributing to the continuous improvement of our app.
• Creating overviews, analyses (e.g., customer and performance analyses), and surveys, and evaluating them.
• Taking responsibility quickly for your own projects, with support from your team.
• Creating and delivering presentations via PowerPoint or Miro to keep your team updated.

• You possess analytical skills, a high degree of reliability, and initiative.
• You are a team player with strong communication skills and an organizational talent with a quick grasp of things.
• You have very good knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and are proficient in both written and spoken German and English (C2-level German is mandatory, minimum B2-level English).
• You are interested in digital innovations and general technical topics.
• You have a relevant educational background or experience in fields such as business administration, economics, business informatics, information management, or logistics. More important to us than the right degree, however, is that you are motivated! 

• Experience in support and ticket systems like Jira
• Knowledge of other languages (such as Romanian, Bulgarian, etc.) is a plus!
