About the Department
The Legal Department in Luxembourg is comprised of four lawyers and deals with a broad variety of legal matters in relation to DWS Investment S.A., a UCITS management company and Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM) and to the investment funds it manages. The Legal Department works in close cooperation with colleagues located in other jurisdictions as well as with various different Business areas.
Responsibilities:
Support regarding the drafting of legal documents, emails and presentations
Support with the drafting, formatting and dispatching of presentations & reports
Legal research and analysis of legal questions
Interaction with various different departments
Requirements:
Student (Bachelor or Master) in the field of Law or legal trainee (Rechtsreferendar)/ business studies or economics
Very good organization skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
Good knowledge of English and German are required; French is an advantage
Very good analytical and MS Office skills
Ability to work independently
