Maltego is an all-in-one platform used globally by industry experts, analysts, and law enforcement agencies to help secure the internet, protect organizations and individuals against cyber-crime, and support complex investigations across a diverse spectrum of use cases, teams, and functions.   

We are looking for a motivated Revenue Operations Intern or Working Student to support our Go-To-Market (GTM) Operations team. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience with our GTM tech stack, working closely with various teams to ensure our marketing, sales and customer success systems run smoothly and efficiently. This is a unique opportunity to learn about revenue operations, data management, and cross-functional collaboration in a B2B SaaS environment. 
 

What to expect

• Assist with System Management: Support the GTM team in managing key tools like Salesforce, Zuora, and other sales systems to ensure optimization for team use and data flow between platforms is seamless.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success teams to understand and help fulfill their system needs.
• Help Improve Tool Adoption: Partner with GTM leadership and training teams to promote effective use of sales and customer success tools, encouraging best practices and assisting with user support.
• Support Process Improvements: Contribute to ongoing initiatives aimed at improving the GTM processes, identifying operational bottlenecks, and helping to find solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Troubleshoot and Problem Solve: Provide basic support in troubleshooting issues within GTM systems, finding simple fixes, and escalating more complex issues as needed.

Your profile in short

• Interest in Revenue Operations: A passion for understanding how marketing, sales and customer success teams work together and the technology that supports them.
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to learn quickly, think critically, and approach challenges with a solutions-focused mindset.
• Enthusiasm for Learning: Willing to dive into new systems and processes, ask questions, and seek guidance to build expertise in the tools and techniques used in revenue operations.
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus)
• Basic Excel or Google Sheets skills; familiarity with data analysis is a plus.
