What is amazing about this job?

You will be part of the high energy Commercial Team and you will focus on new and existing business in Germany and assist guiding existing projects within the portfolio to the next level as well as sourcing future Edge developments. As an Commercial Intern you will support the Commercial team with the opportunity to grow long term within the organization.

Activities in which you participate

Analysing and underwriting of acquisition propositions

Preparing and monitoring business plans for current and new developments

Involvement in leasing procedures

General support of commercial team

Analytical and precise in execution

Entrepreneurial, and self-starting/motivating capabilities

Commercial drive

Education needed to qualify for this internship

Relevant experience within the commercial real estate industry and a Master’s degree in for example Economics, Business, Real Estate Management or Finance.

Skills you have

Basic financial skills

Knowledge of the German real estate market

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint

Exceptional written, oral and presentation skills in German and English

Strong social skills and natural drive to grow (y)our network
