As our People & Culture Intern, you'll be a part of our People & Culture team, assisting with various initiatives and programmes and operational support.

A Taste of What to Expect

• Assist with posting job openings, reviewing applications and scheduling interviews
• Prepare materials for new hires, ensuring a smooth onboarding processes for new employees
• Support with employee engagement activities, surveys, and events to enhance workplace culture and morale
• Maintain employee records, update databases, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations

The Perfect Recipe of Skills & Experience

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Previous initial experience in HR management or business administration is a plus
• Proficient in Google; familiarity with HR software is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels
• Fluency in German & English
