Your area of work

Clearstream Holding AG is seeking a talented and reliable intern for Global RM, Sales & Client Services. This role demands a strong sense of urgency and the ability to work independently on assignments with good judgment. The right candidate will have a strong bias for action, "can-do" attitude and the ability to handle multiple requests and tasks simultaneously. 

Your responsibilities:

You will be responsible for coordination with teams globally for your day to day organizational tasks

You will support the team by monitoring various administrative projects and run reports for the management providing insights

You will support in the maintenance and enhancement of internal CRM systems and manage the data for them

You will be responsible for the maintenance and improvement of Global RM, Sales & Client Services SharePoint site and subsequent pages

You will track and drive various processes and follow-up on outstanding action items

Furthermore, you will support in planning, strategizing and execution of various operational processes

In addition to these exciting tasks, you will be gain further insights into Sales & Relationship Management

Your profile:

You are enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree programme with a recognized institution focusing on Finance, Business Administration or similar and can provide an internship agreement. Furthermore, we offer the possibility of an orientation internship, whereby you are currently in a gap-year after your bachelor's or master's degree in the above-mentioned fields of study - in this case, an enrolment is not required. Students recently graduated / graduating soon may also apply

You have superior organizational abilities

You have strong analytical skills, creativity and ability to break down complex topics into smaller operational steps and presentation skills to effectively communicate them to the Team or Management

You are motivated by continuous learning and growth

Your professional experience in any organizational / operational role will be an asset

You have already gained advanced experience with Microsoft Office applications, especially in Excel and PowerPoint. Fundamental knowledge of SAP, SharePoint and JIRA would be a big plus

You are fluent in English (written and spoken)
