Look forward to pure variety at a successful, future-proof family company, the market-leading pharmaceutical retailer in Germany and at the same time the best integrated healthcare provider in Europe.We are looking for an Intern (m/f/d) Operational Controlling Analytics for a period of 4 to 6 months at our headquarters in Mannheim.Your TasksSupport Data Product Development:Assist with quantitative and qualitative analyses to support the creation and enhancement of data products.Help manage and prioritize multiple data-related opportunities and stakeholder interactions.Enhance Data Organization and Quality:Contribute to ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and usability of data critical to product development and operations.Assist with Power BI Reporting:Update and improve Power BI dashboards to develop new data products and refine existing ones.Create ad-hoc reports and analyses to address data-related questions or opportunities.Stakeholder Coordination:Track communications, follow-ups, and deliverables with internal and external stakeholders.Maintain organized records of stakeholder activities to ensure all commitments are met.Presentation Preparation:Develop clear, professional presentations for internal meetings and discussions related to data products.Project Management Support:Support administrative tasks related to product development and stakeholder management.Help monitor timelines, deliverables, and progress for ongoing data initiatives, ensuring tasks stay on track.Your ProfileEducation:Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in economics, business administration, marketing, finance, or a related field.Skills & Attributes:Highly organized with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively.Willingness to learn and take initiative in a dynamic environment.Reliable and proactive, with the ability to handle responsibilities independently under guidance.Technical Proficiency:Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Power BI; experience in creating dashboards is a plus.Communication:Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder coordination and presentation development.very good English skills requiredOur Benefits:Free water, coffee, tea and cocoa as well as a richly filled fruit basket and a subsidized canteen at the Mannheim locationFlexible working hours and the option to work partly in the mobile officePaid vacation daysAn appropriate salary of 2.141 euros per monthFull participation in the team and appreciation from the team, everyone can fetch coffee themselvesRegular interns' get-togethers to exchange personal experiences and expand your networkIf you are interested in this exciting internship, please apply online, stating your earliest possible
