Internship Opportunity at the European Rivercruise Offices

in Gran Canaria

To join us as a member of the Riverside Reservations team in Gran Canaria, Spain we are looking for a motivated and conscientious Intern

·         Customer service B2C and B2B via e-mail

·         Gain experience in the utilization of Sales-force and Seaware Reservations system

·         Administration tasks, follow up on clients Bookings, issuing of cruise tickets

·         Coordination with colleagues in the US, UK and European markets

·         Coordination with the Riverside Ships and Land-Operations Team

·         Participation in the development of new procedures and processes

Ideal profile:

·         Business studies with focus on tourism, marketing, business administration or event management with first practical experience

·         Very good knowledge of German and English, knowledge of Spanish is an advantage

·         Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

·         Able to follow instructions and achieve results quickly

·         Confident verbal and written abitilities

·         Independent and structured way of working
