As a Performance Marketing Intern (m/f/d), you will support our marketing team by playing an active role in running and optimizing advertising campaigns. This position is ideal for someone eager to develop hands-on skills in digital marketing while contributing to impactful campaigns.

• Campaign Analysis: Assist in analyzing data from advertising campaigns to identify trends, assess performance, and recommend improvements.
• Campaign Management: Help set up and manage advertising campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other platforms.
• Creative Development: Contribute to the creation of ad copy, images, and videos that align with our brand and marketing strategy.
• A/B Testing: Participate in A/B testing and experimentation to optimize campaign performance, such as testing different ad creatives, targeting options, or landing pages.
• Channel Expansion: Support the team in launching new advertising partners and exploring additional channels to scale marketing efforts.

• Educational Background: Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Interest in Digital Marketing: Passionate about performance marketing with a keen interest in learning about ad platforms and optimization techniques.
• Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail and basic data analysis skills. Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets is a plus.
• Creativity: An eye for engaging ad creatives and enthusiasm for contributing to the development of compelling marketing assets.
• Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to communicate effectively and work in a dynamic team environment.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English and German
