Tasks

About the Role

In this role, you will collaborate with our Go-to-Market team to support both marketing and sales in driving the growth of the business's top-of-funnel activities. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both marketing operations and business development within a dynamic startup focused on disrupting the financial industry.

Role Responsibilities

Marketing Operations:

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Manage and maintain marketing tools, databases, and CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and usability.
  • Support the creation and execution of engaging content for digital platforms, including social media posts, newsletters, blogs, marketing campaigns (email, LinkedIn, and more), and websites.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to provide actionable insights for future initiatives.
  • Assist in organizing and promoting marketing events.

Business Development/Sales Support:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive opportunities.
  • Support LinkedIn lead generation efforts, including outreach and initial engagement using automation tools.
  • Assist in preparing compelling presentations and pitch materials for prospective clients and partners.
  • Assist in overseeing the lead-to-opportunity marketing funnel process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to explore growth opportunities.
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Prior internship or project experience in marketing, sales, or business development is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot) and marketing platforms.
  • Basic understanding of lead generation tools (e.g., Dripify, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Ability to create engaging digital content for social media, blogs, and marketing campaigns.
  • Comfortable analyzing campaign data and generating actionable insights.
  • Great problem-solving skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for experimentation and innovation.
  • Willingness and ability to learn new technologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English
  • Based in Berlin.
