TasksAbout the Role
In this role, you will collaborate with our Go-to-Market team to support both marketing and sales in driving the growth of the business's top-of-funnel activities. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both marketing operations and business development within a dynamic startup focused on disrupting the financial industry.
Role Responsibilities
Sales Outreach and Lead Generation:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, emerging industry trends, and competitive opportunities.
- Support LinkedIn lead generation efforts, including outreach and initial engagement through automation tools and personalized communication.
- Assist in managing the lead-to-opportunity sales funnel process, ensuring smooth transitions between stages.
- Develop and maintain a database of potential clients and contacts using CRM tools.
Content Creation and Sales Support:
- Assist in preparing compelling presentations, pitch materials, and client-facing documents for prospective clients and partners.
- Collaborate with the sales team to craft engaging messaging for outreach campaigns.
- Provide support in analyzing outreach campaign performance and identifying actionable insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align outreach strategies with broader business objectives.
- Assist in the planning and execution of sales events, webinars, and other client engagement initiatives.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous internship or project experience in sales, business development, or marketing is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and lead generation platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Dripify).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
- Ability to craft engaging and persuasive outreach content.
- Comfortable analyzing outreach data and identifying trends to improve future efforts.
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
- Enthusiastic about learning and experimenting with new sales technologies and approaches.
- Based in Berlin, with flexibility to occasionally attend in-person meetings or events.
