WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORWe're looking for an enthusiastic People & Culture intern to join our team in Karlsfeld (Munich), working directly with our People & Culture Lead. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn hands-on from a growing startup, supporting recruitment, employer branding, and team development. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT- Partner with our People & Culture Lead to amplify tozero’s employer brand: Together, you’ll represent us at top-tier career fairs, build meaningful connections with world-class universities, and create captivating content that energizes talent, positioning tozero as a trailblazer in the green tech industry.
- Supercharge your learning: At tozero, you’ll have the opportunity to be exposed to multiple departments, gaining valuable insights and hands-on experience that will accelerate your professional growth in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Accelerate our team expansion: Work alongside the People & Culture Lead to scale our team quickly. You’ll assist with key recruitment tasks—sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews—while learning the ropes of building a high-performing team in a fast-growing startup.
- Support strategic HR initiatives: Dive into impactful projects across recruitment, employee experience, and talent development. You’ll collaborate on projects that directly shape the culture and growth of the team, gaining first insight into HR’s strategic role as a function in scaling a mission-driven company.
- Experience the pulse of innovation: Get firsthand exposure to how a hardware startup evolves, working alongside a team of brilliant minds. You’ll see how innovation, sustainability, and people management intersect as we build something truly game-changing.
- Currently studying psychology, business management, or a related field, or a recent graduate eager to gain first-hand experience in HR.
- Former HR internship experience is essential: You bring a solid foundation in HR practices, with hands-on experience using ATS tools and other HR software, and you're ready to build on your skills while diving into more complex challenges.
- Doer mindset: You thrive in fast-paced environments and love rolling up your sleeves to get things done.
- Organizational skills: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, staying sharp and organized as you juggle multiple projects with ease and keep everything running smoothly.
