As Junior Strategy Analyst, you will support the team as a crucial force in developing new business areas, products, and markets, ensuring that we stay on track to >4x our revenue in the next two years! This is a very dynamic role ideal for students or young professionals with an entrepreneurial mindset, excellent analytical skills and a drive for action who want to gain practical experience in a rapidly growing startup.

• Analysis & Research: Assist in deep-dive market, competitor, and customer analysis needed to identify new business opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies.
• Project Management: Support the identification and implementation of cross-functional growth initiatives across the entire organization, such as sales, marketing or customer success.
• Product Development: Contribute to the development and conceptualization of ideas to expand our product portfolio and ensure we hit the right markets with the right product features.
• Presentation & Documentation: Prepare insights, reports and presentations for the team & management.

• Studies: Enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree university program in Business, Economics, Entrepreneurship, Sustainability, or related field.
• Work Experience: Prior internships or working student positions, especially in startups or strategy consulting, are a strong plus.
• Language skills: Business fluency in English.
• Availability: At least for 6 months available and has the ability to attend regular in-person meetings in the Berlin office.
• Entrepreneurial Thinking: Passion for innovative business ideas and a strong drive to have a lasting impact.
• Drive for Excellence: You set high-quality standards for yourself and your work, are not satisfied with the status quo, and strive to improve yourself and your results by 1% every day.
• Analytical skills: You have a strong ability to structure complex issues and analyze them based on data using Excel/Sheets.
• Hands-on-mentality: Proactive work style, willingness to take responsibility and developing own proposals to problems.
