Your mission

At Maddox AI, we are revolutionizing AI-based visual quality control across industries. As a Product Management Intern / Working Student (full-time or part-time), you'll have the opportunity to shape cutting-edge AI products and work at the intersection of technology, business and user experience.

You want to:

• Gain hands-on experience in product management for AI-based products
• Be involved in the entire journey from ideation to delivery of new features
• Ensure high product quality by systematically testing new features and changes
• Conduct competitor research and provide actionable recommendations
• Write product newsletters to keep customers informed about new updates
• Optimize PM and SCRUM workflows and tools to enhance efficiency
• Create PM dashboards and templates for better monitoring and organization
• Collaborate closely with our Head of Product, CTO and Founders
• Support daily product management operations and drive improvements
  

Your profile:

• You are currently studying business, computer science, UX/UI, engineering, or a related field
• You are passionate about AI, digital products and agile development
• You are curious about quality assurance and software testing processes
• You have strong analytical skills and can empathize with customer and user needs
• You are structured, proactive, and enjoy solving complex challenges
• You have strong communication skills and thrive in cross-functional collaboration
• You are familiar with PM tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) or eager to learn
