About the Role As a Strategy & Operations Intern you will play a pivotal role as one of Tekkr's early employees, contributing to building the company from the ground up. You will have the exciting opportunity to join a customer-oriented tech startup, contribute to shaping the company's culture, product, and vision in a unique way and work directly with everyone in the company such as our founder Philipp Römer (former VP-Product at Forto), Barzel Segal (former Director Engineering Workday, SVP Forto, ...) and our software development team. Since we are early-stage, you will wear many hats, work directly with customers, dive into product development and operations, iterate and repeat. Tasks As Strategy & Operations Intern at Tekkr, you will: Contribute hands-on in client engagements, supporting the delivery of our tech playbooks at top tech startups, and learn directly from tech leaders Work directly with our software development team, leveraging insights from your client work to propose new features to enhance Tekkr customer experience Support Sales initiatives by managing target account lists, creating personalized outreach, coordinating multi-channel campaigns, and tracking engagement metrics Support the development of our battle-tested playbooks and thought leadership while contributing to events, and tech leaders and investors relationships Requirements Fluent written and spoken English Legal eligibility to work in Germany You can complete your six months internship in Berlin, with in-office attendance You have concluded or in your last two semesters of your studies and can join full time (40h/week) starting in May 2025 latest for six months Previous experience at a tech startup / scaleup, VC/investment banking/PE, or strategy/management consultancy firm Hands-on coding experience is a plus Skills Problem-solving: Demonstrated expertise in identifying and addressing complex challenges, critically analyzing them, and devising practical and innovative solutions to contribute to the startup's success.
