Many people say venture capital is an apprenticeship business. While it might take years to learn the craft of venture, we want you to be ahead of the learning curve. Therefore, we are looking for a Junior Value Creation Analyst (Internship – full-time) to join our team. You will get first-hand insights into the way successful startups are built, as well as why and how venture capitalists work with them.

START: April or May 2025
LOCATION: Munich

We are looking for an outstanding individual to join us to work as an intern within our Value Creation team. Your tasks are at the core of the work for our fund: 

• Value Creation – You will support our founders directly with business development topics as well as with founder onboarding and education 

• Partnerships – You will support in establishing and managing relationships with C-Level of our (Industrial) Corporate Partners 

• Knowledge Management – You will be responsible for own project streams that support the build-up of our very own knowledge database 

• Data Management – You will be responsible for optimizing and streamlining our internal founder data and processes 

Please note the role is with the Value Creation and not with the Investment Team. 

On top we are providing you with a condensed apprenticeship program to learn the craft of venture capital at speed at the heart of Munich’s startup scene. The program includes the following modules  

1. Deal sourcing  

2. Deal evaluation / due diligence  

3. Investment process  

4. Portfolio support

• You are currently studying a graduate (Master) degree with excellent results at a top-tier university - We are open to all types of educational backgrounds (e.g., engineering, science, business, finance, etc.) 
• You collected first practical work experience in startups and/or venture capital, private equity, corporate innovation, or consulting (First experience working with Salesforce is also a plus) 
• You are deeply passionate about startups, technology, and innovation 
• You are collaborative, empathetic, and communicative - a true team player  
• You have a high level of intellectual curiosity as well as a self-starter and growth mindset  
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English and German being a plus

• Mentorship – Be paired with one senior member of our team over the course of the program with regular 1-to-1 sessions 
• VC Trainee Program – Take part in the knowledge sessions on venture capital foundations of our 10-month venture capital traineeship program
• Important member of the team – You will be part of the Value Creation team where you will get direct access to our outstanding founders
