What you do

Strategic Communication Development:

• Review and optimize communication channels within the global Operations function.
• Collaborate with the COO Office and Communications team to define and implement a new communication strategy.
• Propose innovative channels to boost engagement and align with company goals.

Operational & Administrative Support:

• Assist in preparing materials for key meetings and events.
• Support cross-functional collaboration and project documentation, reporting, and task follow-ups.

What you bring

• Experience in a similar role, ideally in communication.
• Proactive team player with a professional attitude and global mindset.
• Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Organized, detail-oriented, with analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English; French or German is a plus.
