Tasks

Your Role

As a Growth Marketing & Sales Working Student/Intern, you will work directly with our Director of Growth to drive key sales and marketing initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing:

✔ Sales & Marketing Support – Assist with daily tasks to strengthen our market presence & improve customer engagement.
✔ Campaign & Lead Generation – Plan, execute & analyze targeted marketing campaigns to build brand awareness & generate new leads.
✔ CRM Administration – Manage leads & optimize sales processes to successfully convert prospects into satisfied encosa customers.
✔ Market & Competitor Analysis – Research industry trends, understand customer needs & analyze competitive strategies.
✔ Content & Collateral Creation – Develop sales materials, marketing presentations & proposals for potential clients & partners.

Requirements

Your Profile

You’re a great fit if you:
✔ Are currently studying Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (ideally in the final phase of your bachelor's or already in a master's program).
✔ Have experience (or strong interest) in sales, marketing, or project management – startup experience is a plus!
✔ Are proactive & solution-oriented – you take initiative, think critically & thrive in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Have excellent verbal & written communication skills in German & English – attention to detail is key.
✔ Are eager to make a real impact – you want to contribute meaningfully & grow within an innovative startup.
