About the Role

As a Founders Associate Intern, you will work closely with the co-founders on strategic projects, primarily focusing on commercial and marketing activities. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing startup environment, working at the intersection of finance, technology, and impact-driven innovation.

You will support customer acquisition, develop and execute GTM (Go-to-Market) initiatives, and contribute to our marketing and business development efforts. You will also work directly with our diverse range of clients, helping them navigate the funding landscape while gaining deep insights into the startup ecosystem.

Aufgaben

• Support the development and execution of marketing strategies, including content creation, social media, and email marketing.
• Assist with customer acquisition efforts, from identifying potential leads to nurturing client relationships.
• Work on GTM strategies to position Morrow Collective effectively in the market.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
• Help create compelling messaging and marketing materials to engage startups and investors.
• Collaborate with the co-founders on strategic projects, ensuring alignment between business and marketing initiatives.
• Assist in organizing events, webinars, and other community engagement activities.

Qualifikation

• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and take on multiple roles.
• Interest in technology, startups, and innovation.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging messaging for different audiences.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in marketing, sales, business development, or startup environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with marketing tools, social media, or content creation is an advantage.
• Fluency or proficiency in both German and English is required.
• Currently pursuing or holding a degree in a relevant field is beneficial but not required.
