As a Junior Solution Architect (Intern / Werkstudent), you will support our team in designing, implementing, and optimizing technical solutions for our customers. You’ll gain hands-on experience in SaaS solution architecture, customer implementation, and process automation while working closely with senior architects and cross-functional teams. This role is ideal for students who want to deepen their understanding of cloud-based enterprise software and real-world system integrations.

Your profile

Responsibilities

• Support the design and configuration of customer solutions within our SaaS platform.
• Assist in data analysis, integration tasks, and API-based workflows to optimize solution performance.
• Work with Solution Architects and Implementation Managers to document best practices and technical workflows.
• Participate in customer onboarding by preparing technical documentation and supporting system configurations.
• Conduct functional tests on new features before deployment.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to improve solution architecture and usability.
• Research new tools and technologies to enhance our service offering

Qualifications

• You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of cloud-based technologies, APIs, and data integration concepts.
• Familiarity with SQL-based databases and experience with scripting (Python, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Interest in software architecture, SaaS solutions, and system integration.
• A structured, analytical mindset and the ability to solve technical problems proactively.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional, international team.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
