About the Role

As a Prompt Engineering Intern you will play a pivotal role as one of Tekkr's early employees, contributing to building the company from the ground up. You will have the exciting opportunity to join a customer-oriented tech startup, contribute to shaping the company's culture, product, and vision in a unique way and work directly with everyone in the company such as our founder Philipp Römer (former VP-Product at Forto), Barzel Segal (former Director Engineering Workday, SVP Forto, ...) and our software development team.

We have a specific project lined up for you to complete during this (unpaid) internship. If you do well, there's an option to keep you on the team as a working student afterwards.

Tasks

Tekkr runs on what we call "playbooks". Playbooks contain the battle-tested knowledge we use to help companies unlock the full potential of their tech teams. This internship is scoped to a specific project: Build an LLM-based pipeline that generates and improves content based on feedback from humans and AI agents.

• Be in the driver seat for automating Tekkr's content pipeline. Replace what we've done manually so far with an LLM-based pipeline and transform how we manage our content. 🚀
• Build the prompts for the AI backbone of Tekkr's content generation and improvement pipeline. Use cutting-edge AI tools to create outstanding content.
• Plan and set up the workflow infrastrucutre in collaboration with our Founding Engineer Moritz.
• Establish frameworks and systems to evaluate content quality.

Requirements

• Fluent written and spoken English
• Authorized to work in Germany
• You're a student and doing this as a mandatory internship to complete your degree in computer science or related fields. (Internship duration is flexible.)
• You've built a tool/service/workflow/application using LLMs. Please include a description of what you've built in your application.
• Hands-on coding experience is a plus.
