YOUR TASKS

• Grow Our Marketplace Presence: Join us in launching and scaling on Bol.com in the Netherlands as a key milestone in our expansion!
• Optimizing: You'll help optimize product listings for maximum visibility and performance while diving into market research to identify trends and new growth opportunities.
• Hands-on: Take on real responsibility, learn fast, bring fresh ideas to optimize processes and drive efficiency and make an impact.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor key KPIs (CTR, ACOS, conversion rates), analyze results, and suggest optimizations.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with Finance , Design and Operations teams to align marketplace strategies.

YOUR SKILLS

• E-Commerce Enthusiasm: Experience with managing Bol.com or Amazon marketplaces to support our expansion. Familiarity with Bol.com-specific tools like Bollify and Boloo for product research and performance analysis is a strong plus.
• Analytical Skills: Excel and Google Sheets aren’t just tools—you know how to make them work for you. Data drives your decisions, and you turn numbers into real impact.
• Great Communication: You turn complex insights into clear takeaways, spot inefficiencies, and fix them.
• Language skills: Proficient in English (spoken and written), you have good language skills in German. It is a plus if you can also communicate in Dutch.
• Project Management: Juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment? That’s just another day for you. With a proactive mindset and strong project management skills, you keep things moving.
• Your Profile: You are currently studying for a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Digital Business & Entrepreneurship, International Business Management, Ecommerce/ Digital Marketing or in another relevant field.
