We focus on the European automotive market with our engineering sites located close to the industry in Munich, Rüsselsheim, Paris and Redditch (UK) and a software development office in Gdansk.

Your Profile

  • Degree in mechanical engineering / industrial engineering or a comparable educational background with focus on Quality Management
  • Knowledge of quality guidelines such as IATF 16949 and automotive standards
  • Experience with quality techniques (FMEA, SPC, PPAP, APQP, 8D, DMAIC/Six Sigma techniques, statistics, ..)
  • Good assertiveness, moderation skills and English skills
  • Driving license is a plus
  • Key responsibilities

  • Ensure the fulfilment of defined quality-related tasks in the projects for EU automotive customers
  • Contact person for the customer in quality issues as well as coordination of the associated internal activities
  • Support in all quality processes to meet the IATF 16949 standard (as well as VDA 6.3)
  • Ensuring preventive, safe and robust product and process development as well as verification of the 0km and field quality situation including the introduction of improvement measures.
  • responsible for the preparation and correctness of the monthly Q reports, process documents and also is ERP key user
