Huawei's Munich Research Center is responsible for advanced technology research, architectural development, design and strategic engineering of our products.

Huawei Munich Research Center (MRC) is looking for an internship student in the topic of Advanced Packaging. 3D integration technology enables heterogeneous system scaling by offering higher I/O densities, shorter interconnect lengths, higher bandwidth and smaller form factors compared to 2D packaging solutions. As an Internship student in Advanced Packaging at MRC you will explore the latest packaging to optimize PPAC.

Your mission

• Track the top-level conference articles about packaging in the academic circles, and track the advanced packaging progress in the industry
  
• Research design, validation, reliability and thermal issues in the field of advanced packaging
  
• Output the insight report based on the latest progress of advanced packaging

Your areas of expertise

• Currently enrolled as a Bachelor or Master Student in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Electrical Engineering, or Mathematics
• Ability and experience to independently search the literature in IEEE Xplore
  
• Highly interested in innovative solutions and technologies in Advanced Packaging
• Proactive and self-motivating character as well as the willingness to take initiatives and to be responsible for your project
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
