Serve as the link between our Head of Operations & Expansion and the craftsman teams. As a versatile intern, you will directly support the Head of Operations & Expansion in executing strategic initiatives, driving business growth, and assisting with day-to-day operations, project management, and strategic planning.

• Assist in managing high-impact special projects that align with our strategic goals and vision
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize expansion opportunities, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
• Help prepare presentations, reports, and other communication materials for internal and external stakeholders
• Identify and suggest solutions for operational challenges and opportunities for improvement

• You have previous experience in a fast-paced start-up / scale-up environment, consulting, IB or VC role
• You come with strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as a proactive mindset
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English, with the ability to convey complex ideas concisely
• You thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment and are a self-starter with a high sense of ownership, strong work ethic, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently
• You are passionate about contributing to our goal of energy-efficient buildings and a sustainable future
