Your key tasks will include:
• Perform Assignment of Service Tickets: Manage and allocate service tickets, including warranty repair and chargeable repair, to ensure timely resolution.
• Data Maintenance in GSP (Global Service Platform): Keep the Global Service Platform updated with accurate and current data.
• Make Delivery and Pick-Up Orders: Coordinate logistics for deliveries and pick-ups efficiently.
• Review and Upload Warranty Repair Service Provider's Invoices: Verify and upload invoices from warranty repair service providers to the OA system.

To thrive in this role, especially with a focus on electrical equipment, you should possess the following:

• Fluent Written and Verbal Communication Skills in German or English: Essential for effective communication within our multinational team and with clients.
• Ability to Work Independently: Self-motivation and the ability to manage your workload efficiently.
• Good Analytical, Communication, and Reporting Skills: Crucial for analyzing data, communicating effectively, and reporting progress.
