Description
As a FP&A Prime Intern , you will be supporting the team with:
Working closely with teams across Europe to create reports that help us make smarter decisions about our assets.
Finding ways to make our reporting processes faster and easier, using tools like AI & Machine Learning + automatization.
Helping with day-to-day tasks like loading data, scheduling Data Imports & Data Actions in SAC, updating Excel files, giving access to users to the systems, etc.
Collaborate on making sure our data stays organized and consistent across different tools we use, like SAC, Excel, and SQL.
Help with the financial Reconciliations between SAC & BRACS.
Assisting in testings to make sure everything is working as it should.
Making sure any issues with our systems get sorted out quickly by logging tickets and offering support to our teams (SNOW & SAP).
Learning about big data and how we use it to make decisions that help our business grow.
Working with a team to achieve our goals while also growing and learning individually
Provide support to the Team with the preparation of information for different analysis and processes.
Help prepare documentation (presentation, files extractions for main tools/data base...) for meetings with main stakeholders.
Support the Team in administrative tasks (using SAC, MS Planner, JIRA...)
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree.
Mastery of Microsoft Excel, advanced skills in MS Office.
Finance systems experience e.g. Hyperion, TM1, SAP BPC etc.
Dashboard experience e.g. Tableau, PowerBI
Desirable Qualifications:
Other languages.
MS Access skills.
Previous Project Management Functions.
Finance knowledg
Experience:
Financial reporting skills.
Advanced MS Excel skills.
Database management knowledge.
Skills and Knowledge.
Ability to work within different cultures and effectively communicate key messages effectively at all levels within the organization across regions.

SAP & SAC Knowledge (desirable).
SQL skills (desirable).
Advanced MS Excel skills.
Programming Languages – Any of the following: VBA, VB.NET, C#, SQL, R, Python, Java.
Microsoft Stack; Power BI (beneficial).
Languages:
English is a must.
Spanish or any other EU language would be a plus.
