The Sales Operation team is looking for an intern, still enrolled in University, that can work full time (40h), on site, for the next 6 months, able to join as soon as possible, either in Switzerland (Nyon) or in Germany (Garching).

How you will make an impact?:

I. Supporting the Commercial team

Being a key partner to the Commercial team (performing business reviews, finding growth opportunities, participating in country specific projects).

Driving competitive intelligence data collection processes

Leading weekly reporting preparation

Ensuring data governance across systems (Salesforce, Qlik, Anaplan, etc)

II. Steering innovation & continuous improvement

Supporting Product Launch of groundbreaking technologies

Tracking inefficiencies within Sales Operations & offer solutions towards more automation

Following up ongoing improvements of current reporting systems

What you will need:

Bachelor and Master’s degree in Finance or Economics or IT or Management or Engineering

Analytical mindset & attention to detail

Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel)

Proficiency in English

Result-driven

Team player

What else we look for:

Preferably past work experience (internship)

Experience with Anaplan, Qlik and Salesforce or any other ERP system.

French and German are a plus
