Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

Durchführung eines internen Technologie-Projekts im Bereich DSP unter wissenschaftlicher Anleitung

Durchführung von Experimenten an Chromatographie-Systemen mit anschließender Produktanalytik (z.B. HPLC, ELISA, …)

Erstellen von mechanistischen Modellen zur Optimierung der Chromatographie-Schritte (GoSilico™ Chromatography Modeling Software)

Durchführung von Experimenten zur Bewertung der Proteinstabilität

Berechnung von Proteineigenschaften aus Sequenz oder Struktur

Das ist uns wichtig

Studium der Biotechnologie, technische Biologie, Bioengineering, Biochemie, Chemie, Biologie, Biowissenschaften oder ähnliches

Erste Kenntnisse in der Proteinreinigung (Chromatographie, Filtration) und/oder Analytik von Proteinen wünschenswert

Eine rasche Auffassungsgabe, analytisches und lösungsorientiertes Denken

Eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Teamgeist

Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)

Praktikum mit einem Umfang von 6 Monaten oder Kombination Praktikum plus Abschlussarbeit mit insgesamt 6 Monaten
