In our growing Battery Monitoring (BMS) Group in Munich, Germany , Analog Devices we offer position for Internships including the possibility of of Master Thesis in the fields of Analog Design and IC Evaluation and Application. This group designs ICs to supervise High Voltage Battery Stacks and Fuel Cells in (Hybrid) Electrical Vehicles and thus drives the world towards a greener future.

Our challenge is to get highest precision analog designs withstanding high voltage requirements. During an internship in our experienced analog design team, you will learn to

  • Design High Precision Analog Circuits
  • Design in High Voltage BCD processes
  • Design for Robustness to meet Automotive Quality
  • Understand how to turn Customer requirements into Design Specifications
  • Perform Pre- and Post Silicon Verification
  • Perform Applications Level Testing
