As an intern or working student, you will gain insights into the start-up world, develop your own creativity and your skills. We give you the space to think outside the box and leave your comfort zone! At Campus Founders you have the chance to develop and implement concepts that can have a big impact. Be sure that the tasks are not mind-numbing or boring – let the machine do the coffee-making!

The Program Team is responsible for the design, planning, implementation and strategic conception of the programmes in the area of entrepreneurial inspiration, education and start-up incubation. With us, you can develop and implement programmes and workshops, learn how to market them successfully and gain coaching experience. You will take on direct responsibility and internalise human-centred design and startup methodology knowledge.  

• Very good communication skills in English (spoken and written). Basic German skills is a plus.
• Good organisational skills and high quality of work  
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes, especially PowerPoint  
• Interest in entrepreneurship, startup and corporate innovation 

• The coffee machine makes the coffee - you will have your own sub-projects that will help you develop both professionally and personally.  
• To help you balance your studies and work, we are flexible with your working hours. 
• You will receive a salary of 14.50 euros per hour.
