We are looking for an HR Intern (f/m/d) to support our HR Operations team in all kinds of administrative tasks while constantly keeping an eye on the employee experience.

You will support our HR Managers with all incoming requests from employees and leads

You will assist with the creation of various HR documents like work contracts, contract amendments, and relocation documents 

You will make sure the data in our HRIS is always up to date 

You will work with our HR Managers on projects

You help improve our employee experience

Who you are:

You are currently studying or recently finished your studies in a Human Resources related field

You already had first touch points with HR topics 

You are service-driven, and solution-oriented, with strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills

You are passionate about embracing operational excellence and driving ongoing improvements

You are a team player, eager to learn every day and act proactively

You have strong written and verbal communication skills

You are fluent in English and German, verbally and in writing
