We envision a future where convenient food options are synonymous with warm hospitality, beautiful spaces, and engaged communities. Founded by leaders with extensive backgrounds in food tech, real estate, and hospitality, ONIBAR is supported by prominent investors and business angels from the food sector.

We're now looking for a motivated Founder's Associate Intern to work directly with one of our founders on various strategic projects, with a particular focus on operations.

What Success Looks Like in the Early Months:

• You have supported key operational projects to prepare for scaling
• You have assisted in analyzing data and creating reports to drive decision-making
• You have helped streamline and document operational processes
• You have contributed to store optimization initiatives
• You have supported the planning and execution of new store openings
• You have collaborated on various cross-functional projects as needed
• You have participated in strategic discussions and provided valuable insights
• You have helped identify and implement operational efficiencies

What You Need to Succeed:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Proactive approach and ability to work autonomously
• Willingness to get hands-on in a fast-paced startup environment
• Fluent in English & German
• Ability to commit to a 3-6 month internship
• Passion for the food industry and startup environment
