• Build scalable lead generation processes including automating outreach and using tools like sers CRMs and other systems
• Work closely with the founders on strategic decisions that shape our sales funnel partnerships and overall marketing growth
• Develop relationships with key organizations (e.g. HWK Meisterschulen) to create sustainable lead pipelines
• Analyze and optimize lead generation efforts to ensure a steady inflow of highquality leads

• You are a highly motivated toptier student or recent graduate with a passion for startups and entrepreneurship
• A proactive mindset with experience or interest in building and automating business processes
• Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills
• An analytical thinker with a problemsolving attitude
• Fluency in German
