• Support our team in the areas of Social Media & Brand Management with a focus on Content Creation (TikTok and Instagram).
• Plan create and publish engaging social media content that aligns with our brand messaging and values.
• Develop strategies for organic growth on TikTok and Instagram.
• Collaborate with the paid marketing team to brainstorm and create video ideas that resonate with our target audience.
• Support with copywriting & marketing translations ensuring our brands message is communicated effectively across all channels.
• Ideate film and edit TikTok and Instagram videos that are informative and entertaining for both organic and paid purposes.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends and algorithm changes to ensure our content remains relevant and engaging.
• Analyze the success of social media content and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with different teams such as Influencer Marketing Design and Customer Care to ensure brand consistency and aligned communication throughout different touchpoints.

• Currently studying or recently graduated from Media Management Marketing Communication or a related studies.
• Passion for Social Media (Instagram TikTok YouTube).
• First experiences in Marketing Social Media and/or Brand Management are an advantage.
• Skilled at quickly identifying and leveraging new social media trends.
• Comfortable in front of the camera and ready for video creation.
• Skilled in video editing software with experience in creating videos in various formats and styles.
• Creative thinking resultsdriven approach and strong communication skills.
• Proactive and teamoriented with a positive cando attitude.
• Fluency in English plus proficiency in an additional language (German Italian French or Spanish) is highly desirable.
• Good skills in Microsoft Office (Excel Word etc.) and Google Workspace (Gmail Google Sheets etc.).
• Availability for at least 6 months with a flexible start date.
