TasksWhat youll be working on
Your will be working closely with our CoFounder Max to take Empacto to 1m ARR. This includes the following areas:
Sales 85% of your time
- Lead Generation: Support efforts to generate leads.
- Cold Outreach: Support Max and learn cold outreach techniques (e.g. cold email cold calling social selling etc.)
- Customer Acquisition: Execute customer meetings and strategies.
> we consider cold calling an essential part of our gotomarket strategy
> you dont have to have a lot of experience in cold calling but you have to up for the challenge and be willing to learn it
Marketing & Strategy 15% of your time
- Sales Strategy: Help develop and refine sales strategies.
- Product Positioning: Align product features with market needs.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data to inform gotomarket strategies.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends prospects and competition.
- Marketing Campaigns: Develop plan and measure marketing campaigns.
- Event Coordination: Plan industry events and webinars.
Your own work:
- You have your own ideas or want to contribute in another way Great we love proactive people. Lets do it!
- You are motivated to build something new from scratch and dont hesitate to get your hands dirty
- You are passionate for Sales & Marketing and ready to learn how top tier SaaS companies do sales
- Ambition to build a large techcompany from scratch
- Interest in AI and Sustainability
- Fluent English but no problem if you are proficient in further languages as well
