In our growing startup youll have a 360 overview of what it takes to build and scale a brand youll take full ownership of your projects from day one and will work in an environment where you can bring your ideas and initiatives into action. • You will research and identify new influencers to collaborate with NAMZA.
• You will be responsible for closing deals and maintaining relationship with multiple influencers.
• You will handle the relationship management between influencers their agencies and our brand briefing them according to our expectations.
• You will execute our Influencer Marketing strategy to secure the companys revenue growth target.
• You will take the lead for the negotiations on performance and budget.
• You will analyze the Influencer Marketing campaigns to understand the results of our efforts reporting on relevant KPIs.

• You have studied Marketing Communications Economics Business or any related studies.
• First experience (as a working student freelancer etc.) in areas such as Brand PR Sales or Marketing preferably in Influencer Marketing.
• Excellent Italian and English skills.
• Understanding of revenue targets and KPIs.
• You are focused on results can think creatively and have strong communication and negotiation skills
• Passion for Beauty Numbers & Social Media (Instagram TikTok Youtube)
• You have a handson attitude and you take ownership
• Good skills in Microsoft Office (Excel Word etc.) and Google Workspace (Gmail Google Sheets etc.).
