We are looking for an ambitious and strategic MBA Summer Intern to support our executive team on high-impact initiatives, with a particular focus on international expansion. This two-month internship offers a unique opportunity to work closely with Doctorflix leadership and gain hands-on experience in scaling a high-growth health-tech startup globally. You will tackle complex business challenges, contribute to key strategic decisions, and help shape the future of Doctorflix.

• International Expansion Strategy: Research and develop an entry strategy for new international markets, including competitive analysis, regulatory considerations, and go-to-market plans.
• Potential Additional Projects:Depending on business needs and intern interests, there may be opportunities to contribute to areas such as:
  • Funding & Investor Relations: Supporting fundraising efforts by preparing pitch materials, conducting investor research, and identifying potential funding opportunities.
  • Pricing & Revenue Strategy: Analyzing pricing models and developing recommendations to optimize monetization strategies across different geographies and customer segments.
  • AI Strategy Development: Exploring how AI can become a core part of Doctorflix’s business, beyond operational support, and drive competitive differentiation.
  • Market & Competitive Analysis: Gathering insights on global healthcare trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities in the digital medical education space.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and business development teams to align strategic initiatives with operational execution.

• Currently enrolled in a top-tier MBA program.
• Prior experience in consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or business development is a plus.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to synthesize complex insights into clear recommendations.
• High level of initiative, autonomy, and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Passion for health-tech, digital platforms, and global business expansion.
• Fluency in English (German is a plus but not required).
