Are you passionate about innovation, entrepreneurship, and startups and eager to develop hands-on skills in the startup ecosystem and fundraising? Join our Munich team as a highly motivated intern to help develop the innovation ecosystem, including building a leading investor and accelerator network to support startups in their growth journey.

Support the team in

• Identifying and acquiring new partners, including investors, accelerators, innovation networks, and others
• Developing and implementing strategies and means for effectively maintaining relationships and promote long-term partnerships 
• Identifying high-potential startup outliers from our 500+ startups annually by collaborating with internal teams and developing assessment frameworks, processes, databases, and automation tools
• Creating compelling assets and materials to drive engagement with key stakeholders in the innovation ecosystem

• Completed minimum a bachelor’s degree, preferably related to entrepreneurship or technology -availability  of 6 month in Germany
• Approaches challenges proactively and innovatively, demonstrating resilience and a strong passion for supporting startups and fostering global innovation
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to building relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders
• Understanding of the startup journey, venture capital landscape, and fundraising processes in Europe is a plus
• Ability to quickly use software tools (Notion, HubSpot, Airtable, ChatGPT)
• Fluent in spoken and written English, German proficiency is a plus
