Strategic Planning Intern / Working Student Introduction

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern/working student to join our Strategic Planning team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the team in various projects and daily business activities. The projects will cover a wide range of areas including business steering, market entry, and data strategy. Additionally, you will be involved in market research, preparation for senior management meetings, project management office (PMO) tasks, and communication with external partners.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in an international and interdisciplinary environment. You will be close to both business and various functions and have excellent exposure internally and externally.

Key responsibilities:

• Assisting in strategic projects related to business steering, market entry, and data strategy
• Conducting thorough market research and analysis
• Insurance portfolio data collection, consolidation, cleaning, dashboard setup for better analysis and tracking
• Preparing materials for senior management meetings
• Supporting project management office (PMO) activities
• Engaging in effective communication with external partners

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., business administration, economics, data analytics or related fields)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge in Python (R or similar languages) for data analysis and automation tasks
• Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
