These services provide access to multiple networks of Charge Point Operators (CPO) and enable drivers of electric vehicles to find, use and pay for public charging in an easy and seamless way.Since the beginning of 2019, Digital Charging Solutions GmbH has been part of the mobility joint venture between the BMW Group and Daimler AG. CHARGE NOW is a service of DCS and part of this joint venture, which aims to strengthen sustainable mobility together with FREE NOW.

Meet the Team:
Join our Procure to Pay team in our Munich/Berlin Office as an Intern Core process (m/f/d) and work alongside experienced professionals.
Make an Impact by:
- Becoming a part of the team “Operations Excellence” and support us in the development of high-quality processes for a sustainable e-Mobility future.
- Take over key tasks in the tool-based CPO (Charge Point Operators) invoice validation process to carefully review the results for any errors or discrepancies
- Identify errors and derive improvement potentials jointly with our Operations Analyst experts
- Support the CPO invoices workflow status reporting i.e. monitor the CPO invoices processing status, prepare reports and communicate the progress to key stakeholders such as Accounting and Partner Management
- Assist the CPO dispute communication and get in touch with our CPOs to clarify data discrepancies
- Take responsibility in our continuous process enhancements and automation by analysing related sub-processes and deriving process improvements jointly with our Analysts
Your profile:
- Currently enrolled in the 2nd half of a degree program, or graduated in Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field
- Available to work full time as an Intern in our Munich/Berlin office from xx for a duration of 6-12 months
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficient in Excel/PowerPoint with strong presentation abilities, experience with data analytics and respective tools are a plus
- Initial experience in Operations or Process Management, supporting work streams, preferably in a digital environment
- Comfortable working within a high-paced, impact-driven environment and getting hands-on to get projects to move forward
- Solid interpersonal and intercultural skill set with the ability to collaborate and positively influence diverse stakeholders
- Curious and determined to gain (further) insights into the e-Mobility Business
