Tasks At the end of your internship, you'll have built >3 new locations (car inspection centres) - from sourcing prime real estate to launching fully operational inspection hubs and onboarding first customers: Proactively scout and evaluate new locations across Bavaria, Hessen, NRW, and BaWü ; negotiate competitive lease contracts with realtors. Focus on Frankfurt and Cologne . Manage the conversion of leased properties into state‑of‑the‑art tech-enabled inspection hubs by coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure on‑time openings. Provide agile support on ad‑hoc projects, addressing operational challenges at both existing and new sites. Embrace a mobile role, spending the majority of your internship on‑site & on-the-road and serving as a key driver of our expansion strategy.
