Prepare funding applications for the MEDIA strand of the European Commision Schedule meetings for international Markets and festivals (Lumière, Cannes, Bologna, etc.). Plan and coordinate acquisition screenings for classic and recent films.Prepare memos and keep track of all research and discussions in our database.Prepare a Classics newsletterResearch the source materials available for the restorations of our catalogue titlesHelp assessing the status of our catalogue titles, to help prioritise restorations Researching possible collaborations with labs, helping with creating costs overviewsYou are:Passionate and knowledgeable about the history of cinemaA native or fully fluent English speaker, with an excellent command of two other languages (French, Italian, German or Japanese would be an advantage). Able to demonstrate previous experience in the film industry (a plus). Interested in the technical aspects of films. A previous experience in film restoration or material deliveries would be a plus. Attention to detail and meeting deadlines. Organized and capable to prioritize.Precise, Proficient with Excel and databases.
